By registering for, participating in and/or entering the golf event, and/or submitting any bid in the online auction, each participant confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions, together with any related rules, notices or instructions published by the organiser from time to time.

Each participant, team and/or person purchasing or entering a four-ball in the golf event acknowledges and undertakes that participation in the golf event is conditional upon active participation in the auction. In particular, each four-ball team shall be required to participate in the auction and place a bid in respect of a sports star and/or guest to play with such team. Should any four-ball team fail and/or refuse to participate in the auction or place a bid as required, the organiser reserves the right to refuse such team’s participation in the golf day. In such circumstances, any amounts already paid towards the four-ball may, at the organiser’s sole discretion, be retained as a non-refundable deposit.

All bids placed in the auction constitute binding offers, subject to acceptance by the organiser, any applicable reserve price, payment in full, and the availability of the relevant sports star and/or guest. The highest bid shall not automatically create a valid and concluded agreement unless and until confirmed in writing by the organiser.

The organiser reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to extend, suspend, postpone, cancel or amend the auction, any lot, bidding period, player allocation, date, venue and/or format of the golf event as a result of, inter alia, player availability, weather, safety concerns, illness, force majeure, operational requirements, or any circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control.

Participation in the auction and golf event is at each participant’s own risk. The organiser does not guarantee the performance, attendance, availability, playing ability, conduct or duration of participation of any sports star and/or guest, save to the extent expressly confirmed in writing. Where a selected sports star and/or guest becomes unavailable for whatever reason, the organiser may, in its sole discretion, provide a suitable replacement, reschedule the relevant golf event, or refund the affected bid amount.

All payments must be made strictly in accordance with the payment instructions provided by the organiser. Each bidder and/or participant is responsible for ensuring that payment is made into the organiser’s correct nominated bank account. The organiser shall not be liable for any payment made into an incorrect, unauthorised or fraudulent bank account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, disappointment, inconvenience, indirect loss, consequential loss, or expense arising from or connected with participation in the auction and/or golf event
